The applications and features that are supported by the organization's license key are listed in the Applications section. If additional applications or features are desired, a new license key must be issued.
To enable a supported application or feature, check the corresponding checkbox and then click the Save button. To disable a supported application or feature, uncheck the corresponding checkbox and then click the Save button.
The following settings may be configured if one or more applications is supported for the organization. To edit the configuration, change these settings as desired and then click the Save button.
If enabled (checked), devices will attempt to exchange data with the server at least once a day at the specified time.
If enabled (checked), devices will attempt to exchange data with the server whenever a driver signs out of the device.
If enabled (checked), devices will attempt to send any new data within the specified time interval.
The following settings may be configured if the Hours of Service application is supported for the organization. To edit the configuration, change these settings as desired and then click the Save button.
If enabled (checked), then the Allow Yard Moves (YM) on ELD checkbox on the Driver Detail page will be enabled (checked) by default for all new drivers within the organization. Existing driver configurations will not be affected by this setting; this only applies to the creation of new drivers.
If enabled (checked), drivers operating in the United States will not be able to select the Yard Move status unless their GPS coordinates put them inside of a yard. If invalid GPS coordinates are being received or the driver is operating in Canada while this option is enabled, the Yard Moves status will be available to them. Enabling this option will disable the Applies outside of yard option for speed thresholds.
If enabled (checked), the Yard Moves threshold maximum speed will apply outside of a defined yard.
If enabled (checked), HOS reports that display country-specific HOS calculations or driver log information will allow the user to choose a country (US or Canada).
If enabled (checked), when a driver signs out, they will be able to choose between an On Duty (ON) status or Off Duty (OFF) status.
If enabled (checked), a driver may choose the Off Duty (OFF) Status (ELD).
If enabled (checked), the driver will be prompted to either confirm or edit the Vehicle ID at login.
If enabled (checked), a driver will be prompted with a pre-defined list of annotations when changing to their duty status to:
If enabled (checked), a driver will be prompted with the driver role selection dialog when changing their duty status.
If enabled (checked), a driver's motor carrier will be shown as the carrier assigned to the asset last used by the driver on that day.
If disabled (unchecked), the motor carrier assigned to the driver will be used.
The following settings may be configured if the IFTA/Mapping application is supported for the organization. To edit the configuration, change these settings as desired and then click the Save button.
